Podtrac measurement can be used when hosting your podcast on Simplecast.  

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Simplecast account

  2. Click on the Gear Icon in the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of your dashboard.

  3. Select Distribution in the left hand side menu

  4. Click Advanced Settings beneath the Main Feed URL

  5. Enter the Podtrac prefix.   Here is the Podtrac Prefix:  https://dts.podtrac.com/redirect.mp3/

  6. Click Save to register the update for your feed.

Note: if you are using multiple analytics services, then add the next prefix directly behind the Podtrac prefix but omitting the “https://” of the second prefix.  For example: https://dts.podtrac.com/redirect.mp3/chtbl.com/track/1234
