Spreaker supports using Podtrac measurement.  You can read the Spreaker help article here:

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Login to your Spreaker account

2. Navigate to the CMS

3. Access the RSS Customization section and select Manual

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to where it reads “Tracking URL Prefix (i.e., Podtrac)”

5. Enter the Podtrac prefix: https://dts.podtrac.com/redirect.mp3/

6. Click Save
