Libsyn supports using Podtrac measurement.  You can read the Libsyn help article here:

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Login to your Libsyn account

2. Select Settings from the main menu

3. Click on Episode Prepend on the left hand side

4. Enter the Podtrac prefix in the “Prepend URL” box: https://dts.podtrac.com/redirect.mp3/

5. Click Save
